Canned sliced ​​cucumbers are perfectly stored, have an incredible aroma and delicate taste with a light and spicy sourness. Thanks to the use of natural acid in the recipe, they can be consumed even by those who monitor the state of their body. Natural fruit vinegar, without synthetics, created from white or red wine, improves the taste of vegetables, making the dish original and savory.

Pickled cucumbers for the winter

In order for the cucumbers to turn out crispy, dense and perfectly retain their shape after heat treatment, it is necessary to choose ripe, young, only plucked fruits without external damage. If desired, other components can be added to this blank: finely chopped sweet pepper or thin slices of onion.


If necessary, wine vinegar in the recipe can be replaced with the same amount of any fruit acid.

Ingredients:

  • 1000 grams of cucumbers;
  • 1000 ml of purified water;
  • 100 ml of tartaric acid (6%);
  • dill umbrellas (2-3 pieces);
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • 50 grams of sugar;
  • 30 grams of salt;
  • allspice (3-4 pcs.);
  • chili (10 grams).

Cooking process:

We take clean, dense, small cucumbers, chop into thin circles. We spread them in a preheated sterile container.

At the next stage, add a sprig of dill to each container.

We introduce spices, add allspice.

Add aromatic garlic.

Cut the hot pepper into circles, add to the total workpiece.

We prepare the “filling”: pour sugar and salt into a saucepan with purified water, wait for the liquid to boil. Pour wine vinegar, cook for another 1-2 minutes and pour the mixture into a jar of fruits and spices. We sterilize the cucumbers for 12-15 minutes in the usual way, and, corking with lids, cover with a woolen shawl, after turning the containers over.
